Rachel and Ryan

This is my cute niece Rachel and her handsome husband Ryan. They got married March 4, 2022 and it was a beautiful day. They are so sweet together and I really enjoyed hanging out with them and being apart of their day. Ryan and Rachel met working at a water park over the summer. Ryan was a smitten kitten but Rachel was already dating someone else. Over time while working together they got to be good friends. Rachel's relationship ended with her boyfriend at the time and her and Ryan started going on dates. Rachel loved hanging out with him and saw what an amazing person he is. She met his family and even took a family vacation with them all while falling more and more in love. He is the sweetest man she has ever met and they have so much fun together. They got engaged at the end of October. He set up the sweetest spot with fairy lights, candles, roses, and hand-dipped chocolate strawberries. He had spent hours in the rain setting everything up just for Rachel. Rachel told me "He is so sweet and kind with everyone he meets and is such a great example to me of hard work and testimony. I love him more and more everyday."

Ryan loves how caring Rachel is and loves that when she sets her mind to something it will get done and in the most perfect way possible. "She radiates joy and puts a smile on my face each and everyday"

When Rachel was eight years old, I remember staying at her house over the weekend. As a family, were having a conversation on budgeting money. Rachel's dad asked the kids to make a list of needs and wants they wanted to save for. Rachel had a lot of wants she wanted to save for including "a handsome boy" :)

I got to see first hand how much love and respect they have for each other. Their wedding day was perfect. They got married in the Ogden temple and were surrounded by their friends and family. I'm so happy Ryan joined the family and Rachel found her "handsome boy"!
